Buying a set of tires at a high price, but using it only one season... Using it a few times throught the season... It costs storage fee when leaving it in the store... It hurts your wallet and takes your time.
If you rent it, you can use it when you need it at minimum expense!
To store tires that are used only in winter, it is difficult to secure space, and if the storage conditions are poor the tires will deteriorate easily or will not be in the best condition. ROKUGO TIRE "Studless Rental Service" provides you the complete safety and quality products with the utmost care in terms of tire condition such as year of manufacture, tire tread and air pressure.
Rental studless tires includes wheels, so it's very easy! Our staff will do the installation. Tire change is about 30 minutes for the whole procedure. You do not need to take your own tires with you, we will keep them for no charge at our shop.
At the time of tghe return, before installing the customer's tires back we will be checking the air pressure and set it according to the customer's vehilce standard. There can also be tire rotation at no extra cost.

Reservations will be accepted from October 1st.
Not available for Imported cars and Kei cars.
Business hours are from 9:00 to 17:00 both when renting and when returning.
Rental period is from November 1st to April 30th.
The above price incleds the tire installation (start and return) and the customer's tire storage fee during the rental period.

We do not accept New Year Holiday Plan reservation over the phone. Please make the reservation using the link below.

The customer shall apply to Rokugo Tire Co., Ltd. to use the service after accepting this rental agreement. When you confirm and accept this application, a rental contract will be established between Customer and Rokugo Tire Co., Ltd.
Rental of studless tires (with wheels) will be accepted and applied at the store during our business hours.
The rental period will be specified by the customer. The rental process will be done in our store. The start and return will be in our store. All transactions will be accepted during our business hours, and if the return date falls on our regular holiday, customer will return the product the next day.
Rental fee and additional fee will be calculated based on the price list set on our website. Payment charges can be done by Cash, Credit Card and PayPay at our store.
If the customer will not return by the end of the rental specified period when using this service. Customer will be required to pay the late fee specified on our website. In addition cancellation fee only applies to the New Year Holiday Plan. There are no cancellation fee for other plans. But please contact us when you would like to cancel.
New Year Holiday Plan cancellation fee:
7 days before : 0%
2 to 6 days before: 20%
1 day before : 50%
On the rental day : 100%
If the customer does not contact us for cancellation we will charge the customer 100% of the fee. When the rental has started or rental fee has been paid we cannot accept cancellation and will not refund (We do not process refunds).
We guarantee that the studless tires are in standard condition at the time of rental to the customer, but the sustainability cannot be guaranteed as use of the driver may differ. We do not take any responsibility for things that can occur during the rental period (traffic accidents, etc.)
If the studless tires and wheels returned to us are different from the original condition or form (Puncture, etc.) , we will charge the customer for repair costs. In addition, if the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the price of the product will be calculated seperately according to our fixed standards.
Customers are requested to keep thye studless tires rented from us safe in natural disasters and theft.
If you violate the contract, we can cancel this contarct without notice or reminder. In this case, the customer should return the studless tire immediately. If you do not return it promptly, we will charge you for late return.
